K. Hesketh

Kathleen H. is a Senior Marketing Manager for a global firm specializing in improving process performance and business results for companies in the banking, insurance, retail and healthcare industry.  She is in charge of producing content and oversees the writing staff.  She graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, but after working as a designer for several years  realized that she preferred writing.
